YourClass
Terms of Use
Last updated: October 16, 2026
YourClass provides a digital educational platform for creating, managing, and sharing lessons and learning activities. The service is operated by Faslak For Education & Training Computer Software, a licensed establishment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you use the platform for a school or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
1. Scope and Acceptance
These terms govern use of the YourClass website, accounts, educational content, sharing links, and results. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service. Your use must comply with the laws and educational policies that apply to you.
2. Accounts and Access
When creating an account, provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Do not share your password, and you are responsible for activity through your account unless you notify us of unauthorized use. You are also responsible for protecting the sharing links you create. Students generally do not need an account and use an assignment or sharing link according to the teacher’s settings.
3. Content and Your Rights
You retain your rights in content you create or upload and grant YourClass a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it to the extent needed to provide the service and the features you choose. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the text, images, files, and other materials you use, and you should not upload personal information that the platform does not need for the intended purpose.
4. Results and Sharing Links
You are responsible for activity and result visibility settings and for sharing links with appropriate people. A result may use the name entered by the participant, and a nickname may be used. Do not publish a link containing personal information or results that should remain private, and check sharing settings before sending a link.
5. External Instructions and Artificial Intelligence
YourClass does not currently send generation requests to an AI provider on your behalf or operate an embedded AI model inside the service; it may provide AI-assisted workflows and structured instructions that you copy to an external service and then enter into the platform. You are responsible for reviewing any external or generated content, its accuracy and suitability for students, and its compliance with third-party rights. Do not include sensitive student information in instructions sent to an external service, and remember that the external service has its own terms and privacy policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use YourClass to harm others, impersonate someone, upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, collect user data without permission, attempt to breach or disrupt the service, or bypass its controls. We may restrict access to content or an account when there is a violation or a risk to users or the service, subject to applicable law. Where practical and safe, we will try to explain the reason for a restriction and provide a reasonable opportunity to address the issue, unless security or law requires immediate action.
7. YourClass Rights
Intellectual-property rights in the YourClass brand, website interface, software, and components belong to the service operator or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute those elements except as permitted by the service or law. These terms do not give you ownership of YourClass components merely because you use them.
8. Service and Changes
We aim to provide an available and reliable service, but maintenance, changes, or temporary interruptions may occur. We may add, modify, or discontinue features and may update these terms as the service develops. The update date appears on this page, and we will try to notify you of material changes through an appropriate channel when appropriate. You may be asked to review or accept an update, and continued use after it is published will constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
9. Ending Use and Account Deletion
You may stop using the service or request account deletion from settings. When an account is deleted, account data, content, and files are handled through the process described in the Privacy Policy, and some results may remain in anonymized form after their link to the account is removed. We may suspend or restrict an account for a breach of these terms or a risk to users or the service, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Where practical and safe, we will try to explain the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to address the issue, unless security or law requires immediate action.
10. Contact
For questions, content reports, privacy requests, or deletion requests, contact YourClass at support@yourclass.app.
11. Content Rights and Licenses
You represent that you own or have obtained the rights, licenses, and permissions needed for the text, images, audio, video, files, trademarks, and personal information that you upload, import, or publish. Use only materials that you created, are authorized to use, or have appropriately licensed; the fact that material is available online or used for education does not automatically establish permission to use it. When you publish content publicly, you grant YourClass a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, display, and make the content available only as needed for the features and sharing settings you choose; ownership of the content does not transfer to you or to us.
12. Rights Reports, Removal, and Repeat Infringement
YourClass provides a way to report Community content for copyright, privacy, child-safety, or other content concerns through the reporting tool or support@yourclass.app. We may request information or evidence, hide or remove content, or restrict an account during review or when there is a reasonable basis to act, and we may apply escalating measures to repeat infringers. Because users may create the content, YourClass does not pre-screen every item and cannot guarantee that every violation will be detected, but it will handle reasonable reports under available procedures and applicable law.
13. Paid Subscriptions and Payments
YourClass currently offers Pro as a monthly subscription. Before you complete a purchase, the Lemon Squeezy checkout displays the applicable price, currency, billing interval, and taxes. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel renewal. You can manage the subscription, cancel renewal, or update your payment method through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked from account settings. A scheduled cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Pro access remains available until then. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for purchases through its checkout and handles payment, applicable taxes, refunds, and chargebacks under its terms. YourClass remains responsible for providing the service and Pro features. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund the current paid period; refund requests are subject to the terms applying to the transaction and applicable law.
