Library & Creation
6 questionsFrom an activity's details page, you can open and preview it, edit its content, send it as an assignment, enable or disable Play Mode, switch its game template, create a private share when available, or permanently delete the activity.
Copy to Lesson: Creates a brand-new, independent copy inside the lesson while keeping the original activity in your library. Editing one doesn't affect the other.
Move to Lesson: Integrates the activity directly into the lesson as a tab and removes it from your main library, while any existing assignments linked to it continue working normally.

It creates a completely separate copy of this tab as a new activity card in your main library, preserving its game settings if any. You can then use and edit it freely without affecting the tab inside the lesson.
The content, game settings, and theme are copied when available, while assignments, student results, and private share links are not. The result is an independent copy with a clean record.
This feature works in four steps: enter the activity topic, choose its type, language, and level, then prepare and copy the instructions. Paste the instructions into a conversation with any AI model you use, then copy its complete response and paste it into the platform's Import Result box. After importing, review and edit the content before saving it to your library. The platform does not contact the external model on your behalf, and it does not add images or links automatically; you can add them manually after importing.
Lessons
4 questionsA whole lesson cannot be sent as one assignment. Open the lesson and click 'Send as Assignment' beside each scorable tab you want to share with students.
Clicking 'Open Lesson' launches a smooth presentation view designed for interactive classroom screens and projectors. It lets you seamlessly navigate between all tabs, explanations, and activities in full interactive mode without needing to create assignments first.
Yes! In the Lesson Builder, you can easily drag and drop tabs to change their sequence to match your teaching plan (e.g., intro video → reading passage → interactive activity → quiz).
In My Library, select at least two standalone activities and click 'Create Lesson from Selection' in the bulk action bar. Arrange the tabs in the first step, then enter the lesson title, choose its language and folder, and click 'Create Lesson'. The system creates independent copies inside the lesson; the original activities stay in your library and editing the tabs does not affect them. Lessons and pure games cannot be included, and the current structural limit is 10 tabs per lesson.
Games & Free Play
4 questionsFrom the activity details page, click 'Switch Game Type' and choose a compatible template. The content will be displayed in the new format without re-entering the questions.
Some templates are designed only as standalone games, so they cannot be added to a lesson or converted into a standard activity. You can use them as independent games or delete them when they are no longer needed.
You do not lose your academic content when you disable Play Mode. The game link stops working, while the activity remains in your library and can be enabled again later with a new link.
• Direct Game Link: Designed for casual practice, fun, and quick classroom play without requiring student names.
• Assignment Link: Designed for formal assessment; prompts for student name and logs attempts, scores, and answer breakdowns in your 'Results' section.

Assignments & Results
3 questions• Pause (Deactivate): From 'My Results', you can pause the assignment with one click — the link stops accepting new submissions, but all recorded results are preserved. You can re-activate it at any time.
• Permanent Delete: Deletes the assignment and all results permanently with no way to undo. If you want to keep the results, use Pause instead.

Yes, you can edit content after sending it, but remember that question changes will appear in open assignments. Game settings for older assignments remain as they were when those assignments were created.
To maintain a safe educational environment, protect student privacy, and prevent inappropriate nicknames, students only see their individual score and correction. The full breakdown and analytics are accessible solely to the teacher under 'Results'.
Live sessions
5 questionsOpen an activity from your library, then select “Start live session” on its details page. You will then receive a PIN and QR code to share with students.
Live sessions currently support single-answer multiple choice, flashcards, matching, and true/false. The live-session action is available only after the activity passes the actual server-side checks.
The current live protocol is designed for one answer per question so that answers, scores, and speed remain clear and fair. If any question has more than one correct answer, the activity is blocked from live mode rather than shown misleadingly.
Show the PIN or QR code on the teacher lobby screen. Students open the Live Session page, enter the code and their names, then wait for the teacher to start.
The session results are saved as a companion assignment, and answers and scores are recalculated on the server. Review them from Results after the session ends.
Sharing & Community
3 questionsPrivate Sharing creates a link for previewing and interacting with an activity or lesson, with an optional expiration date and the ability to revoke it later. The link does not grant editing access or record assignment results.
When is it unavailable? Private Sharing is not available for internal lesson tabs or some templates designed only for standalone play.

Once you copy any activity from the Community library, you get a completely private, independent copy in your own library. You can edit, delete, or add it to your lessons without affecting the original or its author — even if the author later edits or removes their version from the community.
Publishing your activity makes it immediately visible to others in the Community library. Any edits you save after publishing may appear to visitors right away, and you can remove it from the community at any time. Teachers who copied it earlier keep their own independent copies.
Deletion & Content Management
4 questionsDeleting a lesson permanently deletes its tabs, activities, and the associated assignments and results. This action cannot be undone, so make sure you selected the correct lesson before confirming.
Yes, permanently deleting an activity or game immediately and irreversibly deletes all associated assignments and results (whether open or completed), and automatically removes it from the Community library if published.
Deleting a folder does not delete the lessons or activities inside it. Its contents return to your main library, where you can organize them into another folder later.
To maintain platform speed, data security, and storage efficiency, all deletions are permanent and executed immediately. Please ensure you intend to delete before confirming.
